KNOW ALL MEN, by these presents, that we Daniel Price and
      Allen Bryant
are held and firmly bound unto his Excellency Robert Brooks Esquire
Governor of Virginia, and his Successors, in the sum of one Hundred & Fifty Dollars.
                    to the payment whereof, well and truly to be made, we do bind ourselves, our
heirs, and each of our joint and several heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and several-
ly firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals, and dated the 7th day of April
1795 in the 19th year of the Commonwealth.

The condition of the above Obligation is such, that whereas there is a Marriage suddenly to
be solumnized between the above bound Daniel McCartney and
Sarah Price daughter of David Price
of Rockingham county; if therefore there shall be no lawful cause to obstruct the said marriage,
then this obligation be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
          Witness,

  Daniel McCartney {Seal}
