Mahala Thompson Be it Remembered that
on the thirty first day of December in the year
eighteen hundred and thirty six the Clerk
of the Rush Circuit Court issued a License authorizing any
person duly authorized to join together in the bonds of
Matrimony Thomas J. Larimore and Mahala Thompson
and afterwards (to wit) on the twenty fourth day of
January Eighteen hundred and thirty seven
Simeon McCullough Justice of the peace
Rush county filed in the Clerks office aforesaid
the following certificate towit State of Indiana Rush
County This is to certify that on the first
day of January 1837 I joined together in the
holy bonds of Matrimony Thomas J. Larimore
[and] Mahala Thompson Witness my hand and seal
this 24th day of January 1837
